By way of qualification, I propose the following:
- I belong to a family, and have not killed any retarded children, thus demonstrating my family values credentials.
- I grew up in a state bordering a foreign country, giving me foreign policy experience.
- I have led teams of as many as half a dozen people, giving me executive experience as well.
